摘 要:以某栋房屋的倾斜和纠偏为例,采用多高层建筑上部结构-桩基础-地基共同作用分析方法,探讨了深厚软弱地基上大面积地面堆载作用下桩基础建筑物的倾斜、变形形态及桩侧摩阻力的分布情况;了解了桩基础的变形形态及桩端土沉降的成因,进而对掏土纠偏法在桩基础纠偏中的适用性进行研究,为进一步的工程措施提供有效的依据。The deviation and the deviation rectification of a building with pile foundation are studied. The interaction analysis model of superstructure, pile foundation and ground is adopted. The deviation and displacement of building and the distribution of friction around piles are discussed when over loading is put on the ground with deep and thick flabby soil layer. The cause of deviation and subsidence of building is researched; and the applicability of excavating deviation rectification applied to pile foundation is studied. Based on these studies, the effective suggestion is offered for the further engineering measures.
