摘　　要：主要针对长江航道局信息管理系统在软件开发过程中需求变化快、周期长,需求跟踪管理难度较大的特点,运用软件能力成熟度模型(CMM,Capability Maturity Model)思想实现该项目的需求过程管理,达到了提高项目开发效率的目的。Mainly aimed at the process of software development of Yangtze River Route Bureau information management system, whose characteristics are fast - changing demands, long cycle, big difficulty of demand tracking management. Applies to the idea of software capability maturity model to implement the project management of demand process, and achieves the goal of improving efficiency of project development.
