痛风灵方对急性痛风时VCAM-1表达影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨痛风灵方对大鼠实验性痛风的治疗作用及其机理。方法用痛风灵方治疗尿酸钠所致大鼠急性痛风性踝关节炎,观察该方对关节炎大鼠软组织VCAM-1表达的影响。结果模型组关节软组织VCAM-1水平与各治疗组及阴性对照组比较,有显著差异。结论痛风灵方可通过抑制VCAM-1的表达而抑制急性痛风关节炎的发生。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Tongfengling Prescription(痛风灵方)on experimental gout rat and its mechanisms.Methods:The rats with acute gouty ankle arthritis induced by sodium urate were treated with Tongfengling Prescription.The VCAM- 1 expression in soft tissue of the arthritis rats was observed with negative control group,model group,high dosage group of Tongfengling Prescription,low dosage group of Tongfengling Prescription and positive control group with Naproxen.Results:There is significant defference in VCAM- 1 expression in joint soft tissue between model group and tratment groups of negative control group.Conclusion:Tongfengling Prescription may inhibit the occurrence of acute gouty arthritis by inhibiting the expression of VCAM- 1.
