高校管理体制改革形势下共青团思想政治工作的创新

摘　　要：随着当前高校内部管理体制和教学改革的深化,高校共青团工作面临着组织建设、思想建设、工作方法、活动形式等全方位的挑战。面对周围环境的新变化,高校共青团组织要善于创新。要通过理念的重构、内容的创新、模式的突破、方法的改进等实现创新。With deepening reform in the management system and teaching in HEIs, the Communist Youth League is facing many challenges such as organizational building, ideological building, working methods and activity forms in its work. Given the present conditions , the League in HEIs must be well versed in innovation. More importantly , it should make innovations by idea reconstruction, content innovation, model breakthrough and method improvement.
