摘　　要：传统的劳动密集型比较优势产业的发展面临新的问题,我国必须建立以人为本的、全面的、协调的、动态发展的现代比较优势产业。目前我国劳动力要素的比较优势仅仅表现在数量上,仍属于低层次劳动力特点的比较优势基础,应促使劳动力要素向技术要素、人力资本要素升级,通过构建产业的比较优势基础,促使比较优势产业升级。With the development of traditional labor-intensive comparative advantage industry faced with the new questions, our country must establish modem comparative advantage industry, which is humanist, comprehensive, coordinated, dynamic development. At present our country labor force essential factor comparative advantage merely displays in the quantity, still belonged to the comparative advantage foundation of low level labor force characteristic, should promote the labor force factor to technical factor, the human capital factor, through constructing the comparative advantage foundation, to promote the comparative advantage industry.
