摘　　要：从分析毕业生的就业状况入手,通过剖析莆田学院2005届毕业生的就业特点,指出存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,认为应该正视就业危机,及时调整人才培养结构;开拓思路,鼓励支持多种形式就业;树立创业意识,勇于开拓创新;改进和完善就业指导服务体系;转变工作思路,为学生提供人性化服务。The article starts with the existing employment circumstances, analyses the employment characteristics of graduates of the year 2005. Pointing out the problems and giving strategies, it argues the employment crisis should be correctly treated; the educational systems should be adjusted. And we should encourage various employment ways; set up the senses of carving out, creativity, improving the service system of employment guiding, offer students human-based services.
