摘　　要：针对矿业系统中残矿回收项目的决策分析问题,建立了完整的层次分析综合决策模型,全面综合考虑了技术、经济、可持续发展和项目风险等因素。模型结构简洁、层次清晰、适用性强。In view of the decision question about the recuperation of remnant ore in mining industry, the comprehensive decision model of AHP is set up. The factors about technique, economy, sustained development and risk are completely considered in the model. The model is simple and has a wide scope of application.
