摘　　要：针对九辊布料器两端的联轴器因为紧固螺栓磨损严重，致使辊子脱落，烧结机被迫停机现象，进行适应性改造。The roller drops out because of the badly wear of the bolts, which is equipped to connect the junction box on two sides of the distributor with nine-roller and the rollers. So, the sintering machines are compelled to shut down. In accordance with this instance, the adaptive restructuring has been done.
