水清洗苯精制塔在轻苯生产中的应用

摘　　要：利用苯精制过程产生的残渣易溶于水的特性，采用水洗法清理苯精制塔，解决了苯精制塔易堵塞这一难题，减轻了清塔次数，提高了设备利用率。Based on the diffluent property of the residua formed during the process of benzene refining, the benzene refining tower was cleaned by water-washing method. Therefore the problem of refining tower plugging can be solved. The tower-cleaning time is reduced and equipment utilization rate is heightened.
