摘　　要：几年来，炼钢厂持续不断地进行设备改造，通过实施烟尘治理，修旧利废，降污增效等措施．实现了炼钢全工序负能炼钢。In recent years, the equipments are continuously reconstructed. Through dealing with the fuel and dust, repairing the old machine and reusing the waste materials, loweringing the contamination and increasing the efficiency, negative - energy steel making has been realized during all the processing of steel making.
