摘 要:在特高压系统中,随着电力杆塔的增高,OPGW受雷击的概率将增大。OPGW耐雷能力并不完全取决于缆的热容量,而往往由外层每一根单线的瞬间耐高温能力决定。采用高导电率全铝包钢常规结构改善了OPGW耐雷性能,但由于用于通信的常规标准光纤涂层并不能承受高温,因此,不宜轻易提高OPGW的使用温度;主要用于传感的耐高温光纤的衰减太大,也不能用于通信。一种专用于OPGW的耐温通信光纤已经问世,与铝包钢线、锌套(铝包)钢线、镀锌钢线配合,显著提高了OPGW的最高使用温度,可获得较常规结构耐雷性能更好的OPGW。For ultra high-voltage power line,along with the heightening of the power line tower the probability of OPGW suffering from lightning strike becomes augmented. Lightning-resistance capability of OPGW cable is not only determined by thermal capability of the cable, sometimes it more relies upon the instant high-temperature resistant capability of individual wire in OPGW outer layer. Entirely adopting ACS wires with high conductivity in conventional structure of OPGW will improve lightning-endurance capability of cable, But such structure is still helpless to increase working temperature of OPGW, because the conventional standard fiber coating materials could not endure high-temperature, On the other hand, the attenuation of high temperature fiber used for temperature sensor is still too high for communication purpose, A new type of high temperature fiber for communication has already come out ; using such kind of fiber together with ACS wire, Zinc-covered ACS and galvanized steel wire will evidently improve the highest working temperature of OPGW cable, This structure will become conventional structure of OPGW with excellent lightning-endurance capability.
