摘 要:目前,在绝大多数区域使用不锈钢管型OPGW,这在技术上是完全可行的,采用涂覆防腐油膏来防止电化学腐蚀也卓有成效。但在极端恶劣的重腐蚀地区,采用最新型的铝包钢管型OPGW来防止恶劣的电化学腐蚀效果更优异,可以免除防腐油膏的使用。文章主要介绍采用国际最先进的连续挤压技术生产铝包钢管光单元的设计考虑,以及铝包钢管OPGW的技术特点,最后介绍了铝包钢管型OPGW实际工程成功应用案例。At present OPGW with stainless steel tube with spreading grease is widely used in the world. However if this OPGW is especially used in corrosive environments, the galvanic corrosion may occur due to different metal contact between stainless steel tube and aluminum-clad wires even though the grease is applied. It is possible to eliminate the corrosion problem by adopting new type of OPGW with aluminum covered stainless steel tube; don't need to use grease again. This paper describes the design idea and property of OPGW with aluminum covered stainless steel tube which is manufactured by the most advanced continual extruding technology. The paper also introduces the engineering usages of Al-covered stainless tube OPGW.
