含席夫碱的噻吩两亲分子表面活性剂的合成

摘　　要：在氯化亚砜存在下,2,5-二甲酸噻吩与甲醇反应得到2,5-二甲酸甲酯噻吩(1),1与水合肼反应得对应的噻吩酰肼(2),2再与辛酮缩合得到含席夫碱的噻吩两亲分子表面活性剂,其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析确认。Dimethyl thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate（1） was prepared by esterification of thiophene-2,5- dicarboxylic acid and methanol in the presence of chlorate sulfoxide. Thiophene-2,5-dicarbohydrazide （2） was obtained by reaction of 1 and hydrazine. A novel amphiphilic molecule（3）, thiophene gemini surfactant with Schiff base, was synthesized by condensation reaction of 2 and octan-2-one. The structures of 2 and 3 were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis.
