摘　　要：目的:建立快速测定肝速康胶囊中云芝多糖含量的方法。方法:采用高锰酸钾滴定法测定多糖含量,还原剂为斐林试剂,滴定剂为0·02mol/L高锰酸钾,并进行方法专属性考察。结果:阴性对照试验相对标准差为4·6%,精密度试验相对标准差为3·9%,平均回收率为102·8%。结论:本方法简单、准确,精密高、重现性好,可用于肝速康胶囊中云芝多糖的含量检测。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the rapid determination of polysaccharide krestein（PSK） in gansukang capsules,METHODS： The content of PSK was determined by redox process, with Fehling reagent as reducer and 0.02mol/L potassium permanganate as titrant, the methodological specificity was investigated .RESULTS：RSD in the negative control test was 4.6% and that in the precision test were 3.9% ,the average recovery was 102.8% .CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple, accurate,precise,reproducible,and suitable for the rapid determination of polysaccharide krestein in gansukang capsules.
