摘 要:采用室内水培方法研究了不同浓度Zn2+胁迫对郑州9023、豫麦18、周麦16三个品种小麦籽粒萌发、幼苗生长的影响及幼苗Zn含量的分布特征,并对不同品种间的差异进行了分析。结果表明,随Zn2+胁迫浓度的增加,小麦籽粒的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗的芽长、根长、芽重、根重均呈下降趋势,且Zn2+胁迫对小麦根的抑制作用明显大于对芽的抑制;同时小麦幼苗根和芽中Zn含量随胁迫浓度增大而增大;对不同品种分析发现,3个小麦品种籽粒对Zn2+胁迫的反应互不相同:郑州9023种子活力较高,从根向植株上端迁移Zn最少,对Zn胁迫耐受能力较强;周麦16种子活力低,但从根向植株上端迁移Zn较少,对Zn胁迫耐受能力最强;豫麦18种子活力虽然高,但从根向植株上端迁移Zn较多,对Zn胁迫耐受能力较差。With cultivating experiment, the effects of different concentration of Zn^2+ on seed germination and seedling growth of three types of wheat, including of Zhengzhou9023, Yumai18, Zhoumai16, were studied. The results showed that with the increasing of concentration of Zn^2+, germination energy, germination percentage, germination index, vitality index, length of root and plumule, weight of root and plumule of the three types of wheat all decreased gradually. The root was stronger inhabited by Zn^2+ than the plumule, and it indicated that the root was more sensitive to Zn^2+stress. On the other hand, Zn content in root and plumule of wheat seedling was increasing as the increasing concentration of Zn^2+. From above of all, there were lots of different among three types of wheat to stress of Zn^2+. In these three types, to Zhengzhou9023, the seed vitalities were higher, the migrate ability of Zn was the minimal and the Zn resistance was stronger; to Zhoumail6, the seed vitalities were lower, the migrate ability of Zn was less and the Zn resistance was the strongest; to YumailS, the seed vitalities were higher, but the migrate ability of Zn was more and the Zn resistance was the weakest.
