摘　　要：科学地评价旅游业竞争力发展现状是制定提升旅游业竞争力对策的前提。在对西部区域旅游业竞争力进行静态分析、比较和动态预测的基础上,我们提出提升西部旅游业竞争力的对策和建议。In order to find relevant solutions to developing competitive capability in local tourism, one must scientifically evaluate the current position of the tourism competitive capability in a region. Based on comparisons of the competitive force of west China in the way of both static analyses and dynamic forecast, the paper forecasts relevant solutions to upgrading the tourism competitive capability.
