摘  要:采用微波辐射方法制备β沸石,再以Mo进行修饰。用X射线衍射、透射电镜和氨吸附程序升温脱附等方法表征β沸石修饰前后酸性和结构特征,研究了凝胶组成和辐射条件对合成β沸石相对结晶度的影响。在固定床反应器上对Mo修饰前后β沸石醚化性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,采用微波辐射方法合成的β沸石结晶度达100%。最佳合成条件为:H2O和SiO2的摩尔比为2.5,pH大于10,辐射温度为140℃,辐射时间为60 min。Mo修饰后β沸石基本保持了原有的形貌特征,且酸强度增加,醚化反应活性提高2.7%。β zeolite was synthesized by microwave radiation, and then modified by Mo. The,acidity and structure characters of β - zeolites were characterized by XRD, TEM and NH3 - TPD before and after modifying. The effects of the sol compsition and the radiation condition on the relative crystallinity of β- zeolite were studied. The etherification activity of β- zeolite was evaluated in a fix- bed reactor. The results show that the relative crystallinity of β zeolite under microwave radiation is 100%. The optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: the mole ratio of H2O to SiO2 is 2.5 , pH is more than 10 , radiation temperature is 140 ℃ and radiation time is 60 min. Mo modified β - zeolite keeps the original structural characters of β - zeolite, and strength of acid is increased, the activity of etherification increases 2.7 %.
