摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗的护理措施。方法:42名乳腺癌患者在术前接受新辅助化疗,对其进行心理护理,观察化疗期间的毒副反应并给予及时有效的护理干预。结果:全部患者均能接受并配合新辅助化疗的实施,化疗期间患者的生活质量较好,无严重并发症发生。结论:细致周到的护理措施是保证乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗疗效的重要措施。Objective： To investigate the nursing intervention in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for mammary cancer patients, Methods： 42 patients accepted neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Intensive nursing interventions, including psychological nursing, surveillance and in time management of adverse effects were performed. Results ： All patients accepted neoadjuvant chemotherapy and were all cooperative during therapy,with intensive nursing intervention, the quality of life was improved and severe adverse effect was avoided. Conclusion：Intensive nursing intervention was important for performance of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.
