摘　　要：目的:探讨上海市医疗机构药品采购现状与发展趋势。方法:考察上海市医疗机构药品集中招标采购工作的成效,分析其中存在的问题,并介绍其他药品采购模式和配套政策。结果:医疗机构药品采购可采用集中招标采购、集中采购、挂网限价采购三种模式。结论:为控制药品费用过快上涨,减轻病人不合理药费负担,医疗机构药品采购应坚持政府主导的原则,并应出台相应配套政策。Objective： To investigate the present situation and tendency of Shanghai Municipal Medical Institution Central Bidding and Procurement of Pharmaceuticals. Methods： The results of Shanghai Municipal Medical Institution Central Bidding and Procurement of Pharmaceuticals were investigated. The existing problems were analyzed and other purchasing models of pharmaceuticals and integrated policies were introduced. Results： Three models including central bidding and purchasing, central purchasing and limited price purchasing online could be applied to the purchase of pharmaceuticals. Conehlsion： In order to limit the fast increase in drug price and reduce the patients＇ expenses in drugs, the government should play a leading role in the purchase of pharmaceuticals and some integrated policies should be issued.
