摘　　要：对分离的蛇毒神经生长因子进一步纯化,并签定了其部分性质.结果纯化的蛇毒神经生长因子在浓度为5 ng/ml时仍有良好的生物活性。经SDS-PAGE分析,呈电泳一条带,其分子量约为14kD.等电聚焦电泳分析,等电点为6.80.紫外光谱分析,在220.6nm处有一个特异吸收峰,氨基酸组分分析表明由231个18种氨基酸组成。The NGF isolated from cobra venom was purified further with CM-cellulose 22 and Sephadex G75 column chromatography successively, and partially characterized. It was able to stimulate the 8-9 days chicken embryo ganglia to grow maximally at the concentration lower lo 5 ng/ml. It was a 14 kD protien with a single band in SDS-PAGE and its pi was 6. 80. With UV spectrum scanning, it had a specific absorbing peak at 220. 6 nm. It was consisted of 231 amino acids with 18 typies.
