摘　　要：孔祥熙曾主持国民党蒋介石政权的财政金融工作达10余年,其在银行方面的思想、言论颇为丰富,主要有完善中央银行职能、健全金融机构;强化银行监管、统制银行业务;调剂社会资金,促进工商农业等重要思想,这不仅为国民党的统治聚集了资金,也为抗战的胜利提供了必要的金融支持,同时还为现代银行制度的建设提供了有益的思考。Kong Xiang Xi ever took charge the finance more than ten years between Kuomintang regime. His thought and saying were quite abundant in banking house. All of his main ideas were that to perfect the function of center bank, to make the framework of finance more perfect , to intensify the supervision of bank, to control the operation of bank, to relieve the capital of society, to promote industry and business and agriculture field. These not only collect the capital for Kuomintang rule but also offer the finance sustainable for Anti- Japanese War, it also provide many healthful ideas for modern bank system.
