高校专业人才培养与产业人才需求拟合研究——以山东为例

摘　　要：从制度保障层面彻底解决高校专业人才培养“供给”与“需求”的平衡,解决大学生就业问题,重在构建高校专业人才培养与产业人才需求拟合监测预警系统。应考虑建立配套的监测预警工作机构,加强监测预警的理论研究及能力建设,将高校人才培养与产业人才需求拟合“前置”,并考虑建立高校人才培养规划的“公众参与的民主法制机制”。The stress should be placed on the building of Harmonious Supervising ＆ Pre-Alarming System between professional talents＇ cultivation and industrial talents＇ demand to completely attain the goal of harmony between them and college students＇ employment from angle of system protection, Therefore, higher education should take into considerations establishing relevant organizations,fostering theoretical study and ability construction,giving precedence to integrate professional talents＇ cultivation and industrial talents＇ demand as well as public democratic ＆ lawful mechanism of talents＇ cultivation plan of higher education.
