砷剂治疗血液病对心电图影响的分析

摘　　要：目的通过观察砷剂在血液病治疗过程中引起心电图的改变,了解砷剂对心脏的毒性作用。方法回顾分析我院血液科2000年以来砷剂治疗过80例既往无心脏病史的患者心电图资料。结果80例患者中总共有25例出现心电图异常,阳性率为13%,其中心肌缺血14例(18%),心律失常11例(13%)。结论砷剂治疗血液病过程中有一定的心脏毒性,但基本都是一过性的改变,从心电图变化可反映出为砷剂引起。心电图改变主要是心肌缺血和心律失常,在无心脏病病史的情况下严重心脏事件的几率较小,且治疗过程中的心电图异常情况与年龄的关系不大。Objective To investigate the know Arsenic venenosus function to heart change of the electrocardiogram in Arsenic to treat the blood disease, in order to Methods Retrospective analyzes the electrocardiogram dates of 80 patients , the department of hematology in our hospital, who were once healed with arsenic and had no heart disease before. Results 25 in 80 cases appeared electrocardiogram abnormality ,the masculine rate is 31% ,among them, 14 cases（18%） were myocardial ischemia,ll cases （ 13% ） were arrhythmia ,Conclusions There is certain heart toxicity in Arsenic the rteatment blood disc ase proess, but mostly were temple, it can reflect to cause for the arsenic from the electrocardiogram variety, the electrocardiogram change is mainly a myocardial to lack blood and heart disorder,under the sistuation that no heart attack history several rates of serious heart affairs are younger,and cure the relation between circumstance and age wee not import ant in these cases.
