摘　　要：目的探讨重组改构的肿瘤坏死因子(rhTNF)治疗恶性腹水的疗效和毒副反应。方法30例大中量胸腹水患者排尽腹腔积液后,注入单药rhTNF 1500万u,每周3次。结果30例中,CR 12例,PR 14例,无效4例,总有效率86.6%。生活质量提高并完成化疗者18例,2例因病期较晚死亡。结论rhTNF局部治疗恶性腹水疗效可靠,生活质量提高,无明显毒副作用,是治疗恶性胸腹水的有效药物,尤其是治疗因恶性腹水不能耐受全身静脉化疗的患者。Objective To observe the curative effect and side effect of recombinent human tomor necrosis factor （rhTNF） injection on treating malignant ascites. Methods After all ascites was sucked from abdominal cavity, rhTNF was injected into abdominal cavity, three times a week until ascites didn＇t come out. Results Among 30 patients with malignent ascites, 12 patients obtained complete response （CR）, 14 partial response （PR） and 4 no change （NC）, the overall response rate was 86.6%. Conclusions The rhTNF is effective on malignent ascites without obvious side effect, and it can improve patients＇ life quality, especially suitable for patients who couldn＇t able to endure chemical therapy.
