摘 要:采用SrA l2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光粉、多种成品清漆,添加分散剂、防沉淀剂等助剂,制备了多种溶剂型长余辉发光涂料。研究了发光粉的掺入量和发光粉的粒度等对发光涂料发光性能的影响。结果表明,SrA l2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+发光粉可与多种成品清漆配制成发光涂料,这些发光涂料不仅保持了SrA l2O4:Eu2+,Dy3发光亮度高、余辉时间长的性能,也保持了成品清漆的性能。Various solvent type long afterglow paints were prepared with the SrAl2O4:Eu^2+, Dy^3+ long afterglow luminescence powders, various varnish products, dispersants and prevent- precipitants, Effects of the amount and the particle size of luminescence powders on the luminescence properties of luminescence paints were also studied. Results indicate that luminescence paint can be obtained by using luminescence powders and various varnishs. These luminescence paints not only have the properties of high luminescence brightness and long afterglow time of the original SrAl2O4 : Eu^2+ , Dy^3+ powder but also have the properties of finished varnish oroducts.
