对甲苯磺酸催化合成癸二酸二乙酯

摘　　要：应用对甲苯磺酸催化癸二酸和乙醇的酯化反应,合成了癸二酸二乙酯.研究结果表明,对甲苯磺酸对酯化反应具有较高的催化活性.考察了带水剂种类、癸二酸和乙醇摩尔比及催化剂用量对酯化率的影响.当癸二酸、乙醇和对甲苯磺酸的摩尔比为1∶8∶0.32时,以环己烷为溶剂,回流分水60 m in,酯化率达96.9%.Diethyl sebacate was synthesized by esterification of sebacic acid with ethyl alcohol using ptoluene sulfonic acid as a catalyst. The results indicated that p-toluene sulfonic acid possessed high catalytic activity for the esterification reaction. The synthetic conditions were optimized,including the molar ratio of sebacic acid to ethyl alcohol,and the amount of p-toluene sulfonic acid used and the species of solvent. The yield of the ester obtained under the optimal reaction conditions[n（sebacic acid） ： n（ethyl alcohol） ： n（ptoluene sulfonic acid）= 1 ： 8 ： 0.32,cyclohexane as solvent,refluxing and water segrated for 60 rain]was 96.9%
