中药治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中药对原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法：对经西药、针灸及手术治疗效果欠佳的原发性三叉神经痛１６例患者，用中药治疗并随访观察１～３年。结果：治愈１０例，显效２例，有效３例，无效１例，总有效率９３．８％。结论：本中药方剂对原发性三叉神经痛有一定疗效，其机制有待进一步探讨。OBJECTIVE:To observe effect of traditional Chines medicine for the treatment of pri-mary trigeminal neuralgia.METHODS:Sixteen patients with prirmary trigieminal neuralgia that hadbeen treated with western medicine,acupuncture and surgery,and had not got satisfied effect,weretreated with traditional Chinese medicine,and follOwed-up during range from I to 3 years,RESULTS:Ten cases were cure45cases responded well and one case was ineffective.The total effective rate was93.8%.CONCLUSION:The traditional Chinese medicine we usedare effective for the treatment of pfimary trigcminal neuralgia but the mechanism needs further exploration
