聚乙烯挤出发泡的研究

摘　　要：采用自由发泡工艺研究聚乙烯低发泡成型的配方及工艺条件,讨论AC用量、EVA用量、DCP用量、螺杆转数对制品性能的影响。结果发现,发泡剂用量为3份、EVA用量为5份、DCP为0.02份、螺杆转速为30 r/m in时,制品泡孔结构分布均匀,物理和机械性能较好。Studies the formulation and process parameters of the low foam formation of PE by free foaming technique,discusses the influences of the specific contents of AC,EVA and DCP,and the screw speed on product performance.It is shown by the result that when AC=3 phr,EVA=5 phr,DCP=0.02 phr,rotating speed=30 r/min,the distribution of foam pore structure of the product is uniform,and the physical and mechanical performances are better.
