摘 要:探讨导湿涤纶甲壳素竹棉四合一混纺纱的生产工艺要点。介绍了导湿涤纶纤维、甲壳素纤维、竹纤维的特性。优选了四种纤维混纺比例,确定了混和方案和纺纱工艺流程。梳棉采用“多梳、少落、轻定量、中隔距、小张力”的工艺原则;并条采用“低速度、中定量、大隔距、顺牵伸”;粗纱和细纱采用“低速度、大隔距、中捻度”的工艺原则。实践表明,纺纱顺利,成纱质量稳定,达到用户要求。To discuss the production processing point of wet conduction polyester chitin bamboo cotton blended yarn, speciality of wet conduction polyester fiber, chitin fiber and bamboo fiber were analyzed. Blending ratio of the four fibers were optimized, blending plan and spinning processing circulation were ensured. Processing principle of more carding, less noil, lighter weight, medium gauge, small tension were adopted in carding process. Low speed, medium weight, big gauge, normal draft were adopted in drawing process. Low speed, big gauge, medium twist were adopted in roving and spinning. The practice shows that the yarn has stable quality and can satisfy the demands of customers.
