有梭织机织造纯棉细号稀薄织物的体会

摘　　要：为了在有梭织机上顺利生产纯棉细号稀薄织物,针对生产时易产生稀密路多、边撑疵多、云织多的问题,分析了产生这些疵点的原因主要是纱号细、断裂强度低、紧度小、上机工艺不适宜等。采取了整机、减少停台、提高值车工操作水平、合理配置工艺参数、换用新边撑、严格操作规程、严格考核设备公差等措施,从而使织机效率达92%以上,织疵率控制在10%左右。To produce pure cotton fine count sleazy fabric in shuttle loom, according to the problems of more motion marks, more temple defects, more uneven weavings, the reasons were analyzed, those are fine count, low breaking strength, low tightness, unsuitable processing and so on. Measures such as reducing stoppage, enhancing operation level, configuring processing parameters reasonably, using new temple, standing to operation, checking difference of equipments and so on were adopted, so loom efficiency can reach over 92% , weaving defects rate can controlled about 10%.
