摘 要:以阜新市污水处理厂建设过程对周边大气环境的影响评价为例,采用从定性到定量的综合集成方法和VisualC++编程技术,把决策理论基本知识引入到环境评价工作中,对此交叉领域展开深入研究,建立了大气质量评价决策支持系统(AA-DSS)。研究结果表明,该系统简单、实用且易于维护,大大缩短了大气质量评价工作流程,提高了工效,同时为决策理论在整个环境质量评价中的推广应用奠定了基础。Based on the project of air assessment on the wastewater treatment plant in Fuxin city, theory of decision support system were introduced into the work of environmental assessment by integrating the quantitative and qualitative methods. Visual C++ was developed to research the cross-system deeply and then the air assessment decision support system(AA-DSS) was established. Results indicate that period of air assessment was shortened greatly with its virtue of briefness, practicality and easiness to maintain, and it laid foundation for application of DSS in environmental quality assessment.
