摘　　要：分析了铸件剖面和断面存在的缺陷,给出了改进后的工艺流程及黑色镀层的工艺参数。分析了镀液成分的作用和技术参数的影响,并给出了镀液的配制与维护方法。结果表明,新工艺得到的黑色镀层硬度理想,成分均匀,镀液容易控制和维护。The presences of defects on the section of castings were explained. The improved process flow and process parameters of black deposition were presented. The effects of plating bath component and influence of technical parameters were analyzed. The preparation and maintenance of plating bath were suggested. The results show that the black deposit obtained with the new process has satisfactory hardness and even composition distribution, and the plating bath is easy to control and maintain.
