摘　　要：目的探讨辐射小鼠GVHD反应前后肺部巨噬细胞分泌细胞因子变化与意义。方法以C57BL/6小鼠急性放射病为模型,进行异基因骨髓移植,观察移植后小鼠GVHD反应,采用支气管肺泡灌注方法获取巨噬细胞,ELISA方法测定巨噬细胞分泌IL-1β和TNFα水平。结果小鼠异基因骨髓移植后表现典型GVHD反应,肺部巨噬细胞分泌细胞因子呈现短暂降低,继而分泌升高的变化特点。结论异基因骨髓移植时肺泡巨噬细胞分泌细胞因子水平与GVHD反应程度呈现一致性。Objective To detect the modulation of production of some cytokines of lung macrophage in mice after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Methods IL-1β and TNFα levels in macrophage culture supernatants were estimated by ELISA method. Results The extent of mixed lymphocyte reaction in vivo was higher in allogeneic but not in syngeneic BMT group. The peripheral blood WBC count and bone marrow CFU-GM colonies in allogeneic BMT group were lower than that in the syngeneic group. The that IL-1β and TNFα secretion play an important role in the GVHD reaction.
