摘  要:选取ZrO2为载体,采用沉淀浸渍法制备了负载型SO42-/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂,运用IR、XRD、比表面积、全硫测定、酸型测试等表征所制备的催化剂。测试结果表明,所制备的催化剂具有固体酸催化剂的特征,并探讨了焙烧温度及浸渍液浓度对固体超强酸结构及酸性的影响。In this paper,a series of solid super-acid catalysts SO4^2/ZrO2 were prepared by precipitation-impregnation method and were characterized by XRD, IR, BET surface area, chemical anlysis, etc. The results showed that catalysts had the characteristic of the solid superacid. It was found that the acidity of the solid superacid is related to the baking temperature,and higher baking temperature is advantageous to increasing the acidity,but too high baking temperature resulted in the decrease of the sulfur content and the acidity. It was also found that the higher concentration of H2SO4 is benifit to increasing the acidity,but too high concentration of H2SO4 make the acidity decrease.
