摘 要:以大连理工大学BPA分子筛催化苯-丙烯烷基化合成异丙苯小试成果为基础,利用中国石油吉林石化研究院中试装置合成改性β-分子筛催化剂,并在中国石油吉林石化双苯厂大生产装置进行了侧线挂管实验,通过翔实的实验数据论证了研制的β-分子筛催化剂取代进口美国UOP公司QZ-2000分子筛催化剂的可能性。同时,通过工艺条件实验探讨了研制β-分子筛催化剂的最优工艺参数。研制分子筛催化剂在催化苯-丙烯烷基化反应中,苯转化为异丙苯的选择性为92.17%,转化为二异丙苯的选择性为7.69%,总异丙基化选择性为99.86%。自制的2.5 t分子筛催化剂已于2005年用于工业生产的一个床层,效果良好。Based on the laboratory research of BPA molecular sieves alkylation benzene with propylene contrived by Dalian University of Technology, the side line test of application β-molecular sieves synthesized by pilot plant of Research Institute of Jilin Petrochemical Company on the settings of Double Benzene Factory of Jilin Petrochemical was conducted. Then the possibility of replacement QZ-2000 produced by American UOP company with β-molecular sieves produced by ourselves was detailed studied by experimental data derived from the side line test. The technical parameters of β-molecular sieves were optimized by conditional experiments. 2.5 ton β-molecular sieves have been used in a rector of Jilin Petrochemical Double Benzene Factory since 2005, the catalysts showed excellent catalytic performance in alkylation benzene with propylene. The selectivity of cumene was 92.17%, the selectivity of diisopropylbenzen was 7.69 % and the selectivity of total cumene was 99.86 %.
