摘  要:目的了解体重、体重指数(BMI)对中老年男性股骨骨密度影响。方法采用美国LUNAR公司的EXPERTXL双能X射线骨密度仪测定成都地区健康男性269例,测量部位包括股骨颈(Neck)、大转子(Troch)、Wards区、股骨干(shaft)、全髋(total)。按BMI分为3组,BMI=22~25kg/m2组,BMI<22kg/m2组,>25kg/m2组,进行体重、体重指数与股骨骨密度相关分析,不同BMI间用单因素方差分析和最小差异法。结果体重、BMI与股骨骨密度呈正相关,r=0.203~0.409,P<0.01;不同BMI组骨密度为:BMI=22~25kg/m2组大于BMI<22kg/m2组,P<0.05。结论体重、体重指数(BMI)均是影响股骨骨密度的重要因素,对于低体重、BMI中老年男性应注意骨质疏松诊断、防治。Objective To investigate the relationship between weight (W) ,body mass index (BMI ) and bone mineral density(BMD) of the femur in middle aged and old aged men. Methods 269 healthy men aged 40-80 years were measured at the proximal femur by Lunar Expert-XL dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Three groups were divided according to BMI : 〈 22, 22- 25, 〉 25 kg/m^2. BMI was calculated from equation: BM1 (kg/m2) = W (kg)/H (m^2). The results were analyzed with SPSS software and correlation analysis and one-way analysis of variance were used. Results A positive correlation was shown between W, BMI and BMD at various regions of the femur ( r = 0. 203-0. 409, P 〈 0.01 ). Significant difference was shown among different BMI groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was significant difference between group BMI 〈 22 kg/m^2 and BMI = 22-25 kg/m^2, and no difference between group BMI = 22-25 kg/m^2 and BMI 〉 25 kg/m^2 ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Both weight and BMI are important factors influencing BMDs. More attention should be paid to middle aged and old aged men with low body weight and BMI hecause it is vulnerable for them to developing osteoporosis.
