摘 要:研究了NiW含量对PMS-xPNW-(0.95-x)PZT体系的相组成、显微结构、电性能的影响。结果发现:900℃合成温度下可以制备出完全的PNW-PMS-PZT钙钛矿压电陶瓷。随着NiW含量的增加,物相由四方相和三方相共存的准同型相界处过渡到三方相,居里温度下降。1090℃的烧结温度下,X=0.01时,PMS-xPNW-(0.95-x)PZT陶瓷性能优良,ε33T/ε0=1560,tanδ=0.002,Kp=0.613,Qm=1275,d33=365 pC/N。谐振频率变化率随温度变化由正到负。该体系适用大功率压电材料。Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.05(Ni2/3W1/3)x(Zr0.495Ti0.505)0.95-xO3 (PMS-xPNW-(0.95-x)PZT) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by using traditional technique with solid reaction process. The Effects of NiW contents on the crystallographic phase, microstructure, electric-properties and temperature stability of PMS-xPNW-(0.95-x)PZT) materials were studied. The results showed that pure PNW-PMS-PZT perovskitic structure was obtained at calcination of 900 ℃. With increasing of NiW additives, the amount of rhombohedral phases increased, and the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) was correspondingly shifted to rhombohedral phase, the Curie temperature moved to low temperature. Satisfied properties of ε 33^T/ ε 0 (1560), tanδ(0.002), Kp( 0.613), Qm (1275), d33 ( 365 pC/N) were obtained for PMS-xPNW-(0.95-x)PZTceramics sintered at 1090℃, Frequency changed from positive to negative with temperature increasing, when NiW additive increased. The system of calcination of 900℃ can meet the requirement of high-power piezoelectric ceramics
