摘 要:研究了α-Al2O3填料添加量对单向碳化硅纤维增强磷酸铝基复合材料力学性能以及介电性能的影响,并且通过扫描电镜对复合材料的微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,α-Al2O3填料的添加量对碳化硅纤维增强磷酸铝基复合材料的力学性能和介电性能均有显著的影响。随着α-Al2O3加入量的增大,复合材料的体积密度增大、相对介电常数逐渐增大、介电损耗逐渐减小。当α-Al2O3的加入量NP/Al(P/Al摩尔比)=0.8时,复合材料具有最大的弯曲强度,此时复合材料的相对介电常数为4.40,介电损耗为0.1196。The influence of α-Al2O3 filler addition on the properties of unidirectional SiC fiber-reinforced aluminum phosphates composites was investigated in detail. The microstructure morphology of the composites was examined by SEM (scanning electronic microscope). The results show that the α-Al2O3 filler addition have significant effect on the mechanical property and dielectric property of the composites. The density and the relative dielectric constant εr, of the composites increase gradually with the increase ofα-Al2O3 filler addition, and at the same time, the dielectric dissipation factor tgδ of the composites decrease little by little. When the NP/Al (P/Al molar ratio)=0.8, the flexural strength of the composites reaches the maximum, about 200MPa. So, the best addition of α-Al2O3 filler should be NP/Al= 0.8. At this moment, the εr, of the composites is 4.40 and the tgδ of the composites is 0.1196.
