摘  要:研究了NBT的加入对BaTiO3基PTC陶瓷居里温度的影响。对试样进行了阻温特性测试,结果表明加入NBT能大幅度提高PTC陶瓷的居里温度,与原配方相比,加入0.1%NBT(摩尔分数,下同),居里温度就能提高10℃,加入1%的NBT,居里温度提高了近30℃。通过XRD衍射得到的晶格参数也证实了加入NBT能提高晶体的轴率c/a值,即试样的四方性提高,且c/a值随着NBT加入量的增加而增加。同时材料的PTC效应得到了改善,这是高温下挥发出来的Bi2O3和二次料中加入的MnO共同作用形成大量电子捕获中心的结果。The effects of NBT on the Curie temperature Tc of BaTiO3-based PTC ceramics were studied. The Curie temperature was obtained by the measurements of resistance vs temperature, and the results showed that Tc was improved greatly after adding NBT. Comparing with the primal BaTiO3 (Tc=97℃), the Tc enhanced to 110℃ and 127℃ for adding 0.1 mol% and 1.0 mol% NBT into BaTiO3 ceramics, respectively. The lattice parameters attained by XRD showed that the value of c/a, indicating the stabilization of the ferroelectric phase, increased with the increase of the NBT contents. And the PTC effect of ceramics was meliorated due to the large amount of electron capture centers formed from the volatilized Bi2O3 and added MnO.
