摘　　要：为33例继发和原发性DDS耐药的多菌型病人用MDT,结果其疗效不比对照组差,且不管耐药程度如何,耐药组和对照组麻风反应的频率和强度也无差异。所有病人治疗至少2年,均细菌阴转、临床不活动,随访7±2.1年未见复发。同时有2例继发性耐药者拒绝MDT,仍用DDS单疗也被治愈。Thirty three MB Cases of leprosy with secondary or primary resistence to DDS were treated with MDT. In comparison with non-resistent cases, the effect is the same in clinical improvement and for leprosy reaction. After the treatment of at least two years, all of them have been inactive clinilclly and negative bacteriologically, and no relapse for 7±2.1 years of follow - up. It is interesting that two cases with secondary resistence to DDS have been cured with DDS monotherapy, because they refused to take MDT.
