摘　　要：目的加深对纵裂池出血CT表现的认识。材料与方法将大脑镰、纵裂池分为前、中、后三段,分析经复查证实48例纵裂池出血的CT资料。结果48例纵裂池出血均表现为稍宽的线状高密度影。其中高密“之”字征18例,前纵裂池高密线影长度>15mm31例,侧脑室上方10mm层面有前、后连惯的高密度线影22例。天幕切迹增宽13例。结论纵裂池出血特征CT表现对诊断有重要价值。Purpoe： To make a further recongnizing of hemorrhage in interhemisperic Fissure Cistern on CT images. Materials and Methods： Studied CT findings of the 48 cases with hemorrhage in interhemisperic fissure cistern which were proved by correlation with their repeated CT scanning. Results： All the cases had a widening hyperdense high - shaped line in interhemisperic fissure cirstem. Among all the cases, had zigzag hyperdense line in 18 cases. 31 cases elongation of lines within the anterior segment of the interhelnisperic fissure cistern （ 〉 15mm in length）. Had a continuous hyperdense line just in the level 10mm above the lateral ventricular body in 22 cases. Thickening of the tentorial incisure margin in 13 cases. Conclusion： （ST manifestation of Hemorrhage in Interhemisperic Fissure Cirstem have some features that its have important diagnostic value.
