摘 要:目的:探讨MRI FLAIR序列对脑挫裂伤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析22例脑挫裂伤的MR表现。结果:脑挫裂伤病变单发性3例,多发性19例。发生于颞叶2例,顶叶1例,双额叶3例,颞、顶叶3例,额、顶叶3例,额、颞、顶、枕复合伤10例。MRI表现为出血性改变8例,FLAIR序列表现为混杂高信号或低信号的病灶;非出血性病灶14例,FLAIR序列表现为高信号。常规T2WI发现病灶共58处,FLAIR上共发现病灶77处。结论:FLAIR序列对脑挫裂伤病变显示优于FSE序列T2WI,有很高的临床使用价值。Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of FLAIR in cerebral contusion and laceration. Methods: The clinical MRI data of 22 patients with cerebral contusion and laceration were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 3 patients showed solitary lesion, and 19 patients multiple lesions. The 2 eases were in temporal lobes, 1 ease in parietal lobe,3 cases in double frontal lobes, 3 eases in parietal and temporal lobes, 3 eases in frontal and parietal lobes, 10 eases of compound injury in frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital lobes. 8 cases with hemorrhagic lesions showed the combined high signal or the low signal in FLAIR, 14 eases with non-hemorrhagic lesions showed the high signal in FLAIR. There were 58 lesions confirmed by T2WI, 77 lesions confirmed by FLAIR. Conclusion: FLAIR sequence is superior to FSE T2 in detection of cerebral contusion and laceration. FLAIR has been an important value in diagnosing cerebral contusion and laceration.
