倍他乐克及开搏通治疗高血压并心绞痛204例临床分析

摘　　要：对２０４例老年高血压并冠心病心绞痛（ＥＨＣＡ）病人随机分为Ａ、Ｂ两组，Ａ组使用倍他乐克＋消心痛，Ｂ组使用倍他乐克＋消心痛＋开搏通治疗，经观察发现：２组均有较好降压及近期缓解心绞痛、抗心律失常的作用，但Ｂ组在心绞痛的远期疗效、副作用的发生率等方面明显优于Ａ组，２组相比Ｐ＜０．０５。提示：倍他乐克、消心痛、开搏通联合应用治疗ＥＨＣＡ是一个有效、安全、理想的方法。204 elderly hypertension patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomized to receive Betaloc plus Isosorbide dinitrate (Group A)or Betaloc,Isosorbide dinitrate plus Captorpil (Group B).There were no significant differences between the 2 groups with respect to either short term remission of hypertension and angina pectoris or the reverse of cardic arrhythmia.Long term remission of angina pectoris was better in group B patients than in Group A( P <0.05).The incidence of side effects in Group B was lower than that in Group A( P <0.05).We consider that the combination of Betaloc,Isosorbide dinitrate and Captopril is an effective and safe method for elderly hypertension patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
