上海话在北部吴语分区中的地位问题  

On the Status of Shanghai Dialect in the Northern Cluster of Wu Group

摘　　要：本文认为在今上海行政区划里,淞南与淞北方言显著不同,无论以语言特征划分还是参考旧州府建置等因素来看,维持原来划分的苏沪嘉小片是最佳方案;同时提出如果将上海城区方言划为一小片,郊区方言须如何处置的意见,但认为将上海城区方言称为混合方言是缺乏根据的。Based on the obvious speech distinction between the southern and northern areas ot the present Shanghai administrative divisions, this paper argues for a better classification to keep Suzhou, Shanghai and Jiaxing in one cluster, taking into accounts both language features and historical administrative establishment. It also argues that it＇ s utterly groundless to deem Shanghai urban dialect as a mixed one, and proposes the attribution of Shanghai＇ s suburban dialects if the urban dialect is treated as one cluster.
