摘  要:针对连铸生产过程中水口堵塞现象,从炉外喂钙丝,改变非金属夹杂物形态,提高钢液洁净度,从而改善水口堵塞方面进行了分析研究.并论述了喂钙丝的主要控制参数及效果.为解决连铸水口堵塞问题提供了一条有效、经济的途径.Studies on the changes of submerged nozzle stopping on the continuous casting has been carried out by Ca-wire feeding in ladle. The results showed that the form of non-metallic inclusions was changed and the molten steel was cleaner than before. Therefore the continuous casting was improved. The main factors and the effect of Ca-wire feedng were also discussed in this paper. It was a efficient and economical way to solve the problem of submerged nozzle stoppning on continuous casting.
