摘  要:以磷酸氢二铵和偏钨酸铵为原料,用不同条件焙烧处理的方法制备了一系列负载型和非负载型磷化钨(WP)催化剂。并对合成的催化剂进行了BET和XRD表征,并以噻吩、吡啶和环己烷混合溶液为模型化合物,对WP催化剂的噻吩加氢脱硫(HDS)和吡啶加氢脱氮(HDN)活性进行了评估,着重考察了WP催化剂前体的焙烧温度和焙烧时间等制备条件对催化剂结构和加氢精制催化活性的影响。A series of bulk and alumina-supported tungsten phosphide catalysts were prepared by reducing phosphate precursors in a flow of high purity H2 under different calcination conditions. The catalysts were characterized by BET surface area measurements and X-ray diffraction. The activities of the catalysts were studied in a high pressure micro-reactor using a model liquid feed consisting of thiophene, pyridine and cyclohexane. The effect of varying calcination temperatures and calcination time on catalyst structure and hydropressing performance in simultaneous hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation was investigated. The results provide successful guidelines for further research and the development of practical applications of tungsten phosphide catalysts.
