复吹转炉底部耐火材料浸蚀情况的冷态模拟研究

摘  要:在实验室条件下,以昆钢15TLD转炉为原型,作了单孔、环缝、扁缝三种型式的底枪及不同供气量对炉底耐火材料浸蚀情况的冷态模拟研究.同时还直接用原型底枪作了实验.初步得出了枪型、底气量与炉底耐火材料浸蚀的关系.By using 15T LD converter as the original model, the simulation experiment at room temperature was carried out for comparison of abrasive action of bottom blowing nozzle bricks by tree types of bottom blowing lances-single-hole, annular-seam and flat-seam as well as the different amount of air from the nozzle. The original bottom lance of the converter was also tested. The relation of the abrasive action to the types of the lances and the amount of air from the bottom in the combined blowing converter was obtained.
