摘  要:目的探讨特比萘芬与氟康唑或伊曲康唑体外联合对白色念珠菌的后效应。方法先将白色念珠菌YO1∶19在1/2最低抑菌浓度(MIC)氟康唑的沙堡培养基上培养,然后在含10%正常人新鲜血清的RPMI1640液体培养基中培养,采用洗涤离心法和菌落计数法测定特比萘芬与氟康唑或伊曲康唑体外联合对白色念珠菌的后效应。结果单用特比萘芬、氟康唑、伊曲康唑对氟康唑预处理的白色念珠菌均有抗真菌后效应的作用,联合用药组较相应的单用药组抗真菌后效应时间长,并能产生相加作用。结论特比萘芬与氟康唑或伊曲康唑联合应用能延长对白色念珠菌的后效应,可延长给药的间隔时间。Objective To investigate the postantifungal effect (PAFE) of Terbinafine combined with Fluconazole or Itraconazole against candida albicans. Methods Candida albieans YO1 : 19 was cultured in 1/2 MIC Fluconazole's sandhurg culture media, then in the liquid culture media of RPMI1640. PAFE was detected by washing- centrifuging method and colony - counting mehod. Results Single Terbinafine, Fluconazole or Itraconazole had postantifungal effect on candida albicans treated by Fluconazole in advance, but the combination of Terbinafine with Fluconazole or Itraconazole had longer PAFET than the single drug, which could produce the adding function. Conclusion Terbinafine combined with Fluconazole or Itraconazole can enhance PAFE and prolong the dosing interval.
