摘 要:利用电化学方法制备了磷钼酸修饰电极,该修饰电极对溶液中的PO4^3-有很好的电流响应,继而提出了一种用纳米TiO2-K2S2O7共存体系光催化氧化有机磷生成正磷,然后以磷铝酸修饰电极进行测定的新方法。实验中以有机膦酸为标准物质,研究了测定机理,优化了测定条件。实验表明,本方法操作简单、快速、准确。PO4^3-在0.04~16mg/L浓度范围内,与修饰电极上的电流响应呈线性关系,检出限为0.02mg/L。用本方法测定实际水样与标准分析方法所得结果相近。A new method of detection total phosphorus in water based on nano-TiO2-K2S2O8co-existed system photocatalytic oxidation with PMo12 film modified electrode was described. The PMo12 film modified electrode was prepared with phosphomolybdate (PMo12) by electrochemical syntheses on a glassy carbon electrode. The PMo12 film modified electrode shows high electrochemical response toward PO4^3- and thus could be used as an anaperometric sensor for the determination of the PO4^3-. The optimal experimental conditions and the mechanism of the detection were discussed by using organophosphonic acid as a standard substance. The experiment showed that this method is convenient and can implement fast and accurate determination. The determination range of PO4^3- was 0.04 - 16 mg/L and the limit of detection was 0.02 mg/L. The method was also applied to determine total phosphorus of real water samples. The results were in good agreement with the standard method.
