摘　　要：对4.3m焦炉炉顶消烟除尘车存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的改进措施,采用单吸口从中间除尘孔吸取炭化室内的混合气体,并进行逐级处理,可有效地控制焦炉机侧黄烟逸出、焦侧烟尘排放。对炉顶消烟除尘车改进后,消烟除尘效果明显,设备故障少,能够满足焦炉炼焦生产及环境保护的需求。The measures were put forward to solve the problems of the fume/dust cleaning car at the top of the 4.3m coke oven. The mixed gas in the carbonization chamber was drawn out from the middle smoke-catching hole and treated sequentially. This effectively controls the emission of the yellow fume and dust which is escaped from the side of coke oven. After this improvement, the fume and dust was controlled effectively and consequently, equipment trouble decreased.
